Why do ink SDS sometimes contain an old release date?

In the EU, the REACH regulation only requires updates when relevant new information emerges.

Mutoh follows below guidelines with our suppliers:

1. New hazard information about the ingredients which are used in our chemicals.
2. Regulatory changes which impact classification or labelling related to the ingredients in our inks.
3. A significant formula modification obviously impacting the SDS content.
